Salary: $125,000-$160,000 + 15% bonus structure + equity plan

Position:
Our client is in the process of implementing an enterprise wide AI and related data and automation framework across the organization. They are seeking a hands-on AI Process Engineer and Subject Matter Expert to be responsible for creating key AI frameworks and structures for their current and ongoing AI and related data strategies company wide. This professional will lead the organization’s overall AI structure and will work in conjunction with business intelligence, ERP teams, and stakeholders across sales, finance, and business to implement short-midterm tactical AI implementations while maintaining our client’s strategic AI roadmap.
We are specifically seeking a technical, business savvy professional with experience within data engineering or related process automation with a history designing key business AI frameworks as it relates to core IT functions, internal business department needs, and overarching AI framework utilizing industry available tools within AI. This is a long-term, high-profile AI technical and business SME role that is a direct report to the CFO and has a strong advancement potential for the future.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience leading AI process design with core internal and external business processes
- Familiarity with Co-Pilot, Chat GTP, Gemini, or other AI tools in developing strategic frameworks and tactical implementation
- Past history creating and implementing data ERP workflow process within a corporate ERP environment
- Ability to serve as technical SME within data, automation, machine learning, or related
- Former experience working with business stakeholders regarding AI strategic and tactical roadmap development
- Business savvy relationship to AI, automation, and data strategies with the ability to build a “Best Practice” AI program
